YieldScope is a financial portfolio management application that allows users to:

Track stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies
Build and manage investment portfolios
Monitor portfolio performance
View market news and market feeds
Access AI-powered market signals derived from publicly available market data
Monitor investment performance over time

YieldScope does not execute trades, hold customer assets, or act as a brokerage.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available worldwide.

By using YieldScope, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your password secure
Maintain current account information
Accept responsibility for activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Free and Premium Services

YieldScope offers both Free and Premium subscription plans.

Free Users

Free users may:

Create up to two (2) portfolios
View basic portfolio tracking
Receive market news
View advertisements

Free users cannot:

Access AI-generated market signals
Create additional portfolios beyond the free limit
Access Premium-only features

Premium Users

Premium subscribers receive access to additional features, including but not limited to:

AI-generated market signals
Unlimited or expanded portfolio management
Premium analytics
Additional features released in future updates

Premium features may change over time.

6. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date.

You authorize the applicable app marketplace to charge your selected payment method.

Subscription pricing may change with reasonable notice.

7. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

YieldScope does not collect or store payment card information.

Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

8. Advertisements

Free users may be shown third-party advertisements, including Google AdMob banner advertisements.

YieldScope does not endorse products or services advertised through third-party advertising networks.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements.

9. Portfolio Information

Portfolio information entered by users is stored solely to provide portfolio tracking functionality.

Users are solely responsible for:

Portfolio allocations

Risk management

YieldScope does not manage investments on behalf of users.

10. AI Market Signals

YieldScope provides AI-generated market signals using publicly available financial market data obtained from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and CoinGecko.

AI-generated signals may contain inaccuracies or errors.
